1. Duty & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for mechanical and electrical systems based on project specifications.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings reflect the design intent.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary inputs for drafting.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other required documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to M&E drawings during project execution.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using advanced BIM tools.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
- Any jobs or tasks assigned by superior and above.
2. Requirement
- At least 5 years of BIM and VDC experience, having completed one full project cycle.
- Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical Communication Engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience in drawing.
