3 months Temp HR Assistant (Healthcare Portfolio) 1 to 1 mentorship provided

Location: Orchard

Working Hours : Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6pm

Salary: $10-11 per hour

Job Scope:

- Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews to assess suitability

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

- Liaise with candidates regarding job details, interview arrangements, offers and onboarding requirements.

- Assist with job postings and updating recruitment advertisements.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status.

- Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Min A Levels/ Diploma / Bachelor in any field

. Able to start immediately or on a short notice

. No experience required as training provided
