Job Description:

(Population-based Chronic Disease Management Programme)

. Engage with potential enrolees, explaining the programme and its benefits for chronic disease monitoring

.Answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details

.Distribute marketing collaterals to interested individuals

. Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area

. Report daily engagement metrics (e.g., number of interactions)

.Collect feedback from public about the event

.Assist in setting up event booth

.Any other duties assigned
