JOB PURPOSE

To provide backroom support for Customer Service Operations, relating to payment disbursements and ensuring meeting of turnaround time for transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data entry processing

2. To check daily reports

3. To check the application

4. Collecting cheques from Paying Cashier / Finance

5. To prepare rejection letters

6. Any other ad hoc duties
