• Provide data management, analytics, guidance, support cross over agency leaders & financial consultant to achieve and to ensure alignment with the company's strategies.
• Support Recruitment Managers in the day to day work, including but not limited to:
  • Fitness and Propriety assessments
  • Interview of Financial Consultants
  • Tracking of recruitment applications, including providing regular updates on application status
  • Administrative support on all cross overs
