3 Months Contract Digital Ambassador

Jobscope:

• Objective - To be based at bank branch and comfortable to be standing all the time
• Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/ IB
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
• Attend to corporate account customer to fill up form if online application rejected.
• Assist customer to submit e-financing.
• Perform the duties of Service Support Officer whenever required
• S$2500 to S$3000 per month
