3-Month Contract Administrative Assistant (Facilities Support Services)

Sector: Healthcare / Administration
Location: Central (Hospital Setting)
Duration: 3 Months
Salary:

  • Diploma: $13/hr
  • N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec/A level: $10.50/hr

Working Hours: Office hours, 5 days/week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain BME/M&E equipment inventory system
  • Maintain physical and electronic records for BEMS information
  • Liaise with vendors and users to schedule preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Manage procurement using Ariba system (BME & M&E)
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/A/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Able to commit for full 3-month contract
