Job Description:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes to identify suitable profiles according to job requirements
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via calls, messages, or emails
- Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database
- Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Support the team in any ad-hoc recruitment or administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or recent graduate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
