Project Title:

Lithography Productivity Improvement

Project Objective:

To develop a centralized dashboard that aggregates and visualizes focus offset data across multiple lithography scanners and devices, enabling easier data interpretation and predictive insights for substrate focus changes.

Project Outcome:

There will be functional dashboard integrating focus offset data from multiple sources. Improved visibility and accessibility of lithography focus metrics. Predictive modeling capability to forecast substrate focus changes. Enhanced productivity through reduced troubleshooting time and better process control.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Aims to enhance lithography productivity by creating a big-data-driven dashboard that consolidates focus offset measurements from various scanners and tools.

• Developing the dashboard that will provide intuitive visualization, trend analysis, and predictive capabilities to anticipate incoming or substrate-related focus variations.

• Streamlining data access and improving analytical accuracy, the solution will support proactive decision-making and reduce downtime in lithography processes.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirements,and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any other related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Have knowledge on big data and has experience in programming
