2D Designer, Creative Catalyst (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)
Responsibilities
- Develop, research and conceptualise 2D design proposals
- Assist senior designer in creating captivating visuals and proposal
- Work closely with the project sales team in understanding the project requirement and conceptualise ideals for the proposal
- Play an active role in contributing creative ideas
- Attend client meeting and internal briefing related to the project
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the event industry
- Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc.).
- Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and self motivated
- Fast learner with can-do attitude
- Ability to manage tight deadline and concurrent running projects
