Looking for an immediate temporary opportunity in hospitality Join us and gain valuable experience in guest services and serviced apartment operations!

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to residents enquiries and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures.

• Manage guest registration and related documentation.

• Assist residents with requests and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Support daily front desk operations and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism.

• Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and professional disposition.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
