Sourcing & Selection
. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles independently, ensuring effective and timely hiring to support business needs.
. Post job descriptions on relevant platforms (company career website, job boards) and communicate sourcing requirements to panel agencies for approved positions.
. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and optimal sourcing strategies.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
. Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, handling all related logistics including room bookings and virtual meeting arrangements.
. Send interview confirmations, feedback, and follow-up communications to provide a positive candidate experience.
. Partner with hiring managers during interviews and facilitate candidate evaluation discussions to ensure alignment and suitability.
. Schedule and manage assessment sessions as needed, coordinating with candidates to ensure timely completion and proper recordkeeping.
