Assist in handling customer campaigns related enquiries from agents via sg.customermarketing mailbox
Assist in digital voucher issuance/reissuance to customers, which includes the process of generating masked IDs, issuing points in Rewardz portal, Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Assist in tabulating balance of unredeemed eVouchers before confirming how much to top up for next campaign.
Provide each campaign redemption summary files to Finance on a monthly basis
Perform data mail merging over excel and liasing with our printing vendor for checking
Artwork checking with printing vendor before marketing collaterals are printed
Assist Campaign Managers to reach out to agents when required to complete fulfilment.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Excel
Tertiary education with some experience in Insurance industry or Customer Service preferred.
