Job description
Job Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end payroll processing across assigned APAC markets, including vendor coordination, payroll validation, reconciliations, and ensuring full statutory compliance
. Monitor regulatory changes, conduct payroll reviews, and support audits, cut-offs, and time-sensitive submissions across multiple time zones
. Oversee HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits administration, and HRIS updates, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
. Act as a key point of contact for HR and payroll queries, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams across the region
. Operate effectively within a lean team, managing multiple workstreams independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving and adaptability
. Support and drive regional HR initiatives such as policy reviews, annual cycles, audits, and process improvements, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
