. Be part of a Central Team setup supporting the Front Office (including SCAs)
. Be part of the knowledge center to the Front Office for Client Onboarding documentation requirement and Retail Services
. Process client onboarding documentation check and provision of general services to Front Office staff
. Cover/ support activities part of end to end client lifecycle - from onboarding to static maintenance to account closure
. Assist in client servicing support, example preparation courier service request, Statement, report, advices upon request from Front Office
. Responsible for simple queries from Front Office
. Work with Front Office to submit instruction to middle office/ back office
. Depending on the task, it may include entry into Private Bank system
. Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
. Assist the teams in any adhoc projects, admin and work as assigned.
