Job Description Summary
Own the design and delivery of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all of the operational and administrative work associated with hiring. Serve as a strong business partner to GE Aviation ASEAN client groups primarily focusing on Singapore, understanding their talent needs and continuing to build a world-class organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for blue collar volume hiring/ White Collar, both internal and external hires for the Singapore Plant
Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate's experience
Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to reach out to talents
Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE's Brand Strategy
Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs
Responsible for weekly reporting of TA metrics
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
Experience in volume hiring for manufacturing plant will be an advantage
Independent, able to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking and a team player
DesiredCharacteristics:
Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
Experience in regional recruitment for ASEAN will be added advantage
Knowledge of Workday is preferred
