Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service and attend to customers queries with regards to claims
- Place outbound calls and follow up with claims cases, which may include outdoor activities, i.e. collection of documents from customers and medical provider (if applicable)

Requirements:

- GCE A Level / Diploma in any field
- Prior customer service / call centre experience
