9.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) 10am to 2.30pm (Every Sat)
$2800 to $3800
- Handle enquiries regarding full suite of products including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, cards
- Troubleshoot issues and address customers concerns promptly
- Provide product / service information when necessary
- After 9 months of service, shifts will be from 9am to 12 midnight (Monday to Sunday) including Public Holidays 42 to 44 working hours per week Bi-weekly duty roster will be given There will be transport reimbursement if shift end at or later than 10.30pm. There will be S$320 shift allowance on a monthly basis.
