12 Months Contract

9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday

Job Duties

. Support marketing and events initiatives for Private Bank, covering the HNW (High Net worth) / UHNW (Ultra) client segment
. Work with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, communications and client engagement initiatives
. Coordinate client events from planning to execution, including timelines, venues, vendors, catering and logistics
. Manage invitations, RSVP, guest lists and event related communications
. Liaise with external agencies, vendors and business partners
. Provide actual day event support and ensure smooth execution
. Assist with marketing collaterals, presentations and other communication materials
. Handle event related admin, including travel and hotel arrangements where required
. Support other marketing and event related duties as assigned

Requirements

. Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
. Banking, wealth management, luxury, hospitality or premium events exp will be advantageous
. Proficient in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
. Able to support events outside office hours when required
