Location: Alexandra Road/ Tampines
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing administrative and admin support to management teams or product areas. Specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals.
Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, and overtime reports.
Process Customer/ Account Maintenance requests for Individual Customers
Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
Other admin and ad hoc backend projects or duties, as assigned
