Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect for an immediate 12-month contract. This role is strictly focused on Salesforce architecture, solution design, and delivery across enterprise-scale implementations.

You will lead technical design, integration strategy, governance, and implementation standards within Salesforce environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities

• Lead technical discovery and design workshops to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Produce detailed architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution blueprints

• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and related APIs

• Design data models, migration strategies, and deployment frameworks within Salesforce environments

• Provide technical governance and risk oversight during presales and delivery

• Guide teams on configuration-first design versus custom development trade-offs

• Establish development standards and mentor implementation teams

• Oversee environment strategy including Sandboxes, CI/CD, and SFDX-based deployments

• Evaluate AppExchange solutions for suitability and architectural fit

• Support solution sizing, effort estimation, and delivery planning

• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and long-term scalability

Required Experience

• 8-10 years delivering Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale

• Strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce Core platform

• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture design and integration patterns

• Salesforce Architect-level certifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, roles, and data visibility

• Experience with data modelling and enterprise CRM best practices

• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment lifecycle, Sandboxes, and release management

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and platform customization

• Solid understanding of integration frameworks and API-based architecture

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills

• Experience within IT services or consulting environments preferred

Immediate availability required. Contract duration is 12 months.
