- Supporting CPs in managing all assigned offboarding cases (e.g. resignations, transfers/promotions, reenlistments, endofcontract), ensuring completion before Payroll cutoff to prevent salary or allowance overpayment.
- Handling healthcare manpower information requests (e.g. nationality, HOturnMO date, NPL, parttime arrangements), ensuring accuracy for bond management purposes.
- Supporting information requests from institutions relating to staff transfers and promotions (e.g. benefits utilisation, misconduct checks), enabling HR partners to respond promptly.
- Assisting with cyclical exercises and leave updates in the SF system.
Requirements
- Possess at least a degree in any field.
- Prior experience in HR / administration field is an advantage.
- Able to commit until End Jan 2027
