Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in channels

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Operations and Administration

  • Process customer requests, applications, and documentation

  • Ensure proper recording and updating of customer information in systems

  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure

Service Quality

  • Maintain high service standards and meet response time KPIs

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams

Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests
  • Support team operations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
