Location: QUEENSTOWN (Note: able to stand for long hours)
Working Hours: Mon- Fri, Office Hours 8am-430pm - with extra one day activation on Weekends for events
Salary: $12/hour
Job Description:
- Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and provide assistance to patients for Healthier SG.
- Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths or community settings, via the mobile app or system application.
- Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the preventive health recommendations and follow up for review annually.
- Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.
Requirements
- Min N/O/A levels or diploma in any field, no experience required as training provided
- Able to tolerate standing for 3-4 hours minimally throughout the day.
- Able to work in fast paced environment
