Key Responsibilities:

Programme support for Transition initiatives

. Support the Unit Head in all operational aspects of Transition initiatives to enable students to transit effectively into and through their university journey.

Programme support for Integration initiatives

. Support the Unit Head in all operational aspects of Integration initiatives among international students to deliver a positive international student experience and to promote social mixing.

Programme support for student development initiatives for Science and Technology (S&T) and ASEAN Scholars

. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the wellbeing of S&T and ASEAN scholars, both academic and co-curricular, are taken care of throughout their undergraduate years.

. Assist in the MOE reporting regarding scholar status.

Requirements:

. Degree in any field

. Relevant experience in programme management in educational settings.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

. Possess working knowledge of database and process management.
