1 year Graduates Programme - Customer Service Officer

Our Operations Team is seeking a fresh graduate to join us as a Customer Service Executive, reporting to the Operations Manager. This is a one (1) year programme offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands‑on practical experience at the start of their career.

You will be part of a young, dynamic, ambitious, and fun team in a multicultural environment. As the focal point within Operations, you will play a key role in bridging the Sales and Service functions, working closely within a collaborative and close‑knit team.
