Mon - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope:
- Responsible for managing projects and addition & alteration (A&A) works for hospital, medical centre, and associated business units
- Assist in planning and execution of projects as assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor
- Track and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service contracts
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor/vendor schedules to ensure minimal disruption to patients and staff
- Prepare and compile quotations, service reports, invoices, and month-end financial accruals
- Monitor and report work order status, including outstanding, completed, and pending items
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Supervisor
