1 Year Contract Payroll Implementation Lead
Our client is a leading bank with a strong regional presence across Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities
. Lead and manage end-to-end payroll system implementation and payroll transformation projects across the Asia Pacific region.
. Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery.
. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions and system enhancements.
. Manage payroll system configuration, data migration, testing, validation, and deployment activities for regional implementations and upgrades.
. Partner closely with HR, HRIS, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.
. Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot payroll interfaces and system integrations.
. Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
. Drive process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and payroll operational efficiency enhancements.
. Ensure payroll processes and system implementations comply with statutory regulations, company policies, and audit requirements across Asia Pacific countries.
. Prepare and maintain project documentation, process workflows, SOPs, and best practice guidelines.
. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems, implementation, and payroll operational processes.
Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplines.
. Proven experience in payroll implementation, payroll transformation, or regional payroll project management.
. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and system integrations.
. Experience managing regional payroll projects within Asia Pacific markets will be highly advantageous.
. Familiarity with payroll compliance and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
. Experience within banking or financial services industry is preferred.
Salary
. Monthly salary range: S$10,000 to S$12,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
