Job Description:
Defining and leading the regional marketing strategy for the card's benefits, rewards, and loyalty marketing leading benefits pillars in travel, dining, wellness, lifestyle driving our benefits offering and narrative across our sponsorship properties including sports, gaming, music and fashion.
Partnering with the product and strategy teams to localize and position the card's Benefits narrative for the APAC region
Developing toolkits for clients and partners for sales enablement and marketing, including brand positioning, value proposition, platform development and messaging for key stakeholders (markets, clients)
Elevating a wide array of cardholder benefits tailored for different audiences.
Partner with agencies, creatives, and internal teams to develop high-impact content across channels.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in payments, banking, fintech, luxury, and financial technology industries.
Strong understanding of payments ecosystem and marketing experience in lifestyle category marketing, including experience in one of hotels, dining, wellness, travel, or sports marketing
Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C products.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience working in matrixed, regional or global organizations.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a data-driven mindset and execution excellence
Effective at collaborating, negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with cards, private banking, payments or lifestyle segment marketing will be an additional advantage
