Job Description:
Platforms
- Provide support to Bloomberg AIM and other front-office platforms to ensure efficient service quality.
- Ensure daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as per SOP
- Perform regular systematic checks and assist in audits related to the trading platform and other related applications/platforms.
- Understand and capture business requirements from investment research teams, portfolio managers, trading desks and operations in order to effectively transform these into technical specifications.
Market Data Management
- Manage contracts with vendors related to platforms, market data feed subscriptions and user licenses.
- Build and maintain good relationships with a diverse group of external vendors.
- Facilitate data usage audits and enforce compliance with terms and conditions based on agreements.
- Vendor management: Track incidents, negotiate change requests, and escalate issues.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Degree in a relevant discipline
