Job Responsibilities
Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storing and dispatching raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of materials according to warehouse procedures.
Prepare shipment arrangements and ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
Perform material sampling, stock replenishment and inventory transactions using SAP.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on material deliveries, shipments and waste disposal.
Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping in accordance with GMP standards.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and environmental health requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations or related disciplines.
Candidates with relevant warehouse, inventory or logistics experience are preferred.
