1 year Contract Laboratory Technician (Chemistry, Water testing) #HCGE

Job Description

• Perform routine and non-routine testing to support R&D studies

• Prepare media, conduct sample plating, incubation, and colony enumeration

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment

• Record results in Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and update LIMS (NEXUS)

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of supplies

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and site protocols

• Report any issues, deviations, or abnormalities to R&D team members

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field

• 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience

• Basic knowledge of ELN and LIMS systems is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
