Job Description

Greet and register patients
Schedule patient appointment
Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements

Possess at least a GCE N / O / A / NITEC / Private Dip / Local Dip
Comfortable to go through pre-employment medical checkup and comfortable to take the vaccination booster ( if needed )
Keen interest in healthcare setting
