1 year contract
Weekday: 630am to 730pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
44 hours per work week

Salary: up to 2500
- Annual Leave is 7 days per year. There is no completion bonus
- Must be comfortable to go through pre-employment medical checkup and comfortable to take the vaccination booster (TDAP / MMR / Hep B / Varicella) if needed
- The cost of the medical / vaccination checkup will be covered by Polyclinic if start work. If never start work then have to pay back Singhealth Polyclinic the medical / vaccination / uniform cost
- Medical clearance will take about 2weeks to clear before they can start work
- Uniform provided by Polyclinic: Can choose short or long sleeve. Cannot wear arm sleeve
Jobscope:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
