Job Description:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle for banking initiatives, including scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring successful execution and defect resolution.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in a relevant discipline
