Job Description

Contract duration: 1 Year Contract (renewable)
Location: Changi Plant (Onsite)

Job Scope:
. Design of equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. to improve manufacturing processes, employing technical design skills

. Develop moderately complex experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols) to qualify and validate manufacturing processes analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports

. Develop training and documentation materials (e.g., work instructions) for production to enable the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes

. Provide technical guidance on software coding and development

. Assist in gathering validation data and deploying automation and process technology related projects

Requirements:
. Bachelor of Engineering or scientific field equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience

. Advanced computer skills required, proficient and applicable knowledge in Python, Power BI and other programmable languages

. Knowledge in C-Sharp (C#) programming language will be an advantage

. Experience on robotics foundation models, Vision Language Models (VLM), Vision Language Action (VLA) models and LLMs for real-life industrial applications will be a plus

. Sensitive to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 requirements, with prior experience leading projects in that capacity ie. robotic programming, AI assisted programming etc
