Job Description

Job Scope:

Use of BIM to perform drawing work.
Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
Monitor modelling/update drawings and inform BIM in charge if there are any changes - Checking if there is any crashing
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges
Development of a content library suitable for Project, Sales and Sales Engineering team.
Report to BIM Coordinator and perform work task assigned

Requirements:

Min ITE/Diploma with good knowledge of BIM and the ability to implement the use of multi-disciplinary modelling on projects.
Preferably with relevant experience in the design and specification of Escalator and Elevator.
A clear understanding of multi-disciplinary design approach and the delivery of projects to a high quality from bid stage to operation.
Able to create families using BIM
MS Projects, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP experience an advantage.
Revit, Navis Work, Autocad is a MUST.
