Salary: $12/HR

Working Schedule: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends

. Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)

. Weekends (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities:

. Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.

. Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).

. Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.

. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
