Job Responsibilities:
. Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner, advising on talent demand, market trends and staffing strategies
. Partner with local management and HQ business leaders to plan and manage recruitment needs, headcount, and hiring budgets.
. Develop and expand local sourcing channels to improve talent pipeline quality and reduce recruitment costs.
. Deliver end-to-end recruitment, managing all hiring processes, workflows, and documentation.
. Own and enhance the candidate experience by designing and managing recruitment journeys, including job postings, role descriptions, and position requirements.
. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
. Prepare and deliver recruitment reports in line with organisational requirements.
. Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to achieve key hiring metrics and deliver on business needs.
. Oversee candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
