Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Develop accurate product quotations and proposal illustrations for client presentations.

. Documentation Management: Draft, organize, and prepare closing documents for client signatures.

. Submission Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate submission of signed documents and applications to relevant departments or providers.

. Post-Sale Case Management: Monitor and follow up on cases, including failed premium deductions, pending requirements, and outstanding client documents.

. Client Servicing Support: Maintain up-to-date client records, assist with policy servicing requests, and liaise with insurers or partners as needed.

. Administrative Efficiency: Manage filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure documentation compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

. Team Support: Provide administrative assistance for client meetings, scheduling, and report preparation.

. General Administrative Duties: Perform general secretarial tasks and other administrative procedures as required by the employer.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

. Minimum 1 years of administrative experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
