Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Ensure onboarding and review requirements comply with the Bank's AML/KYC standards and regulatory obligations.

. Validate the completeness and accuracy of KYC information in partnership with Relationship Managers (RMs), performing due diligence checks and information searches.

. Review and corroborate KYC documentation submitted by RMs and assist with Client Acceptance Forms, profiling, checklists, and reports required for account approval.

. Oversee the end-to-end account opening and review process, engaging with stakeholders such as Compliance and Client Management to ensure timely completion.

. Escalate red flags or alerts promptly, coordinating with RMs on onboarding and review matters, including prioritized or escalated cases.

. Prepare KYC screening lists on new and existing clients, documenting and verifying information obtained from RMs.

. Respond professionally to stakeholder enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

. Prepare management reports to support reviews and strengthen control procedures.

. Provide feedback to enhance processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency to meet KPIs.

. Communicate process changes impacting account management to RMs on a need-to-know basis.

. Implement operational permanent control policies and procedures in daily activities.

. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

. Report all incidents related to account management in accordance with internal policies.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements
