Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Manage business trips, hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work permit applications.

. Administer security door access, including access card creation/deletion and after-hours support.

. Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.

. Maintain overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.

. Manage office, equipment, and pantry supplies.

. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.

. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support smooth office operations.

. Organize office activities such as meetings, events, and town hall bookings.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.

. Ensure operational compliance with policies and regulations.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

. Minimum 3 year of relevant experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
