-NEW- 5 Months Business Transaction Manager (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

. Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management, including large complex syndicated and bilateral loans across corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade.

. Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, robust controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

. Manage and close loan transactions, maintain a deal pipeline, oversee documentation, perform quality control, support system testing/migrations, and drive continuous improvements in processes, controls, and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Degree in a related discipline

. Minimum 4 year of relevant loans experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
