Job Responsibilities:
. Execute post-trade contract operations and day-to-day physical shipment execution across import/export, domestic warehousing, and inland logistics, from shipment planning through to payment collection.
. Coordinate closely with commercial, operations, finance, and trade finance teams to ensure seamless workflows, including bank-funded supplier and customer payments.
. Manage shipment nominations, documentary instructions, and end-to-end shipping documentation, ensuring timely preparation, verification, and circulation of drafts and originals.
. Create and maintain shipment records, invoices, and documentation in internal systems, appoint surveyors, and arrange courier services for original documents.
. Oversee buyer receivables, supplier and freight payments, ensuring all contractual, LC/LOI, and QA documentation requirements are met prior to loading or discharge.
. Handle customer requests, claims, and shipment-related disputes in collaboration with traders, and participate in regular execution calls with regional teams.
. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum Degree in a related discipline
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
. Able to start immediately or within short notice
