-NEW- 12 Months Risk and Quality Assurance Manager (Insurance industry)

Job Responsibilities:

. Conduct quality assurance reviews across business operations

. Support pre-audit preparation for small to medium-scale audits

. Define review standards and scope, ensuring clear and consistent criteria

. Track action items to completion and monitor remediation progress

. Lead deep-dive reviews and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues

. Review information for MAS and internal reporting requirements

. Use data analytics to identify control gaps, trends, and outliers

. Develop analytics and BI solutions to automate control testing and reviews

. Lead initiatives to strengthen risk culture within the organization

. Enhance the company's overall control environment and governance framework

. Support staff training on risk management through content development and review

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Degree in a related discipline

. 2 year of risk experience within the insurance/consultancy industry would be an added advantage

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
