-NEW- 12 Months Product Delivery Analyst (Insurance INdustry)

Job Responsibilities:

. Collaborate with the product delivery committee to support the rollout of new products.

. Represent the New Business/Policy Servicing team in product meetings alongside the team manager.

. Define and submit business requirements to ensure operational needs are incorporated into product design.

. Partner with the technology team to develop UAT test plans, review results, and provide sign-off.

. Prepare and deliver training sessions for New Business/Policy Servicing teams on new product features and processes.

. Monitor post-implementation activities to ensure smooth product rollout and address operational issues.

. Update and maintain SOPs/User Guides with business and handling rules for newly launched products.

. Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
