-NEW- 12 Months Finance Data Specialist (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

. Manage reviews and validation of distribution reports (e.g., production tracking), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business rules.

. Translate business cases/requests into data requirements and visualizations analyze data to identify patterns and provide insights for decision-making.

. Deliver analytical input into business processes by coordinating across functions and stakeholders.

. Propose solutions and support the development of processing models, presenting outcomes to guide compensation strategies and operational execution.

. Troubleshoot issues, implement interim solutions, and ensure business continuity.

. Assess and enhance processes for consistent, comprehensive data aggregation, reporting, and processing.

. Act as Finance Operations lead/representative for systems and tools supporting compensation, including new implementations, migrations, and data structure changes.

. Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

. Minimum Degree in a related discipline

. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting duties

. Able to start immediately or within short notice
