This is a varied, hands-on role where you can combine your people skills with your creativity - from generating leads and arranging appointments to producing social media content, creating videos and supporting marketing campaigns.

The role offers a monthly basic salary + commission, giving you the opportunity to earn additional income through your contributions to business growth.

Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, keeping contact details and follow-ups organised.
Build positive relationships with prospects and relevant professional networks.
Attend networking events and explore opportunities to generate new business.
Track appointments and lead outcomes, and share ideas on how to improve results.

2. Adviser Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Plan and create engaging content to support the SFC's professional profile and business objectives.
Film and edit short videos, reels and other social media content.
Create social media posts, captions, visuals and marketing materials for relevant digital platforms.
Help plan and coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Explore AI-powered tools to make content creation more creative and efficient.
Monitor social media engagement and campaign results, and suggest ideas for improvement.
Keep up with new content trends, digital platforms and creative tools.

3. Teamwork & Business Support

Work closely with the SFC to understand business priorities and develop suitable marketing and prospecting ideas.
Coordinate with colleagues to support marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Maintain basic records of leads, appointments and campaign results.
Ensure marketing materials and activities follow the company's approval processes and applicable compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Around 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, business development, lead generation or a related area.
An interest in both marketing and connecting with people to develop new business opportunities.
