Client description

Queue-it's virtual waiting room empowers the world's biggest businesses to stay online and build trust on their busiest days by ensuring customers get a reliable, fair, and transparent experience during high-traffic sales and registrations. Queue-it redirects visitors to a branded waiting room when demand is too high, then releases them back to the website or app at a controlled rate. This protects the business's infrastructure while giving users a transparent waiting experience with queue position, estimated wait time, and progress updates. As their value proposition goes: Keep your website online during high-demand events while giving customers a fair, transparent, and controlled access experience.
