Responsibilities
The Lark Global team drives Lark's commercial growth across international markets. We bring Lark's enterprise AI Workspace to organizations worldwide, helping businesses accelerate digital transformation, improve productivity, and build more connected workplaces.

International growth is fundamentally different from scaling in a single market. Every region has different customer expectations, competitive landscapes, levels of AI adoption, and ways of working. Success means balancing a consistent global product with deeply localized go-to-market strategies, earning credibility market by market while building one global brand.

As AI transforms how organizations work, you will help bring this new way of working to businesses around the world. You will shape go-to-market strategies, work cross-functionally to solve complex market challenges, and see your ideas translate into real customer adoption and business growth.

About the Team
The Solution Engineering team at Lark sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success. We translate complex customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions using Lark's collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities.

We partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customers to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Beyond winning deals, we shape how customers transform the way they work by connecting people, processes, and data on a single platform.
